THE FARMINGTON HILLS HIGH RISK RESPONSE TEAM
“Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” - Henry Ford
The Farmington Hills High Risk Response Team is a multi-disciplinary group dedicated to the identification of high risk domestic violence cases and the creation of a coordinated community response, including prevention and community education.

About Our High Risk Response Team
Created in 2012, the Farmington Hills High Risk Response Team uses a model based off of a Massachusetts team that we have modified to fit our community. Our team is the first of it's kind in the state of Michigan. Our goal is to work together to prevent and address domestic violence cases, especially the most dangerous. We have members from many different disciplines who come together to help victims, hold offenders accountable, receive up-to-date training, and make sure all of these disciplines have effective policies and procedures aimed at keeping victims and the community safe.
Our response team has been going strong for over 5 years. We've worked together to implement creative solutions for hundreds of domestic violence cases.
The Farmington Hills High Risk Response Team won the Domestic Violence Prevention Award from the Oakland County Coordinating Council Against Domestic Violence in 2013, and members have presented on county, state, and national levels about our methods and success.
